At Strata, we believe that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace is essential for innovation, collaboration, and long-term success. We are committed to creating an environment where employees of all backgrounds feel valued, heard, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Our Progress and Key Initiatives
Over the past year, we have made significant strides in advancing our DEI efforts. Some of our key initiatives include:
🌍Global Workforce Expansion: As a company that values work-life balance and flexibility, we are proud to have a diverse team spanning multiple countries, including India, the USA, and Canada. By embracing a global workforce, we gain a wide range of perspectives and experiences that drive innovation and creativity. Our remote and hybrid work models allow employees to collaborate seamlessly across different time zones while maintaining a healthy balance between their professional and personal lives. Looking ahead, we are excited to continue expanding our team across new regions, ensuring that our workforce remains as diverse as the communities we serve.
🤝Community Engagement: Giving back to the community is an integral part of our company culture. This year, as we celebrated our first anniversary, we took the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by distributing food and sweets to those in need. Our employees came together to contribute to this initiative, ensuring that we could brighten someone’s day and spread joy within the community. Acts of kindness and social responsibility remain at the core of our values, and we look forward to organizing more initiatives that uplift and support the communities around us.
🌐Knowledge Sharing & Global Collaboration: In our commitment to continuous learning and professional development, we actively seek opportunities to share knowledge and expertise across borders. This year, our Partner & Salesforce Practice Head had the incredible opportunity to travel to Tunisia, where they conducted an extensive session on Salesforce for sales and finance leadership teams. The session focused on the Lead-to-Cash process, providing valuable insights and best practices to help optimize business operations. Such initiatives not only strengthen our global partnerships but also reinforce our dedication to knowledge-sharing and cross-cultural collaboration.
🧭Enhancing Diverse Hiring Practices: We recognize that building a diverse workforce requires intentional efforts in both hiring and retention. Moving forward, we plan to implement targeted programs designed to attract talent from a variety of backgrounds, ensuring that our hiring processes are inclusive and free from bias. This will include diversifying our talent pipeline, partnering with organizations that support underrepresented communities, and incorporating structured interview processes that focus on skills and potential rather than traditional hiring biases. Additionally, we aim to provide career development opportunities and mentorship programs to help diverse talent thrive within our organization.
💬Strengthening Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): At Strata, we understand the importance of fostering a sense of community and belonging within the workplace. To enhance this, we are working towards expanding and strengthening our ERGs, providing employees with a platform to share experiences, support one another, and advocate for positive change within the company. These groups, led by employees, will focus on various aspects of diversity, such as gender, ethnicity, LGBTQ+ identity, and more. Through networking events, educational workshops, and mentorship programs, we aim to cultivate an inclusive workplace where everyone feels empowered to bring their whole selves to work.
📚Expanding DEI Training Programs: Education is key to driving meaningful change, which is why we are planning to introduce comprehensive DEI training across the organization. These future programs will be designed to raise awareness about unconscious bias, equip employees with the tools to practice inclusive leadership, and foster cultural awareness across teams. We intend to offer interactive workshops, e-learning modules, and open discussion forums where employees can share their perspectives and learn from each other’s experiences. By embedding DEI education into our company culture, we hope to create a more informed and inclusive workforce.

Looking Ahead: Our DEI Goals for the Coming Year
As we move forward, we remain dedicated to building upon our progress and setting ambitious goals for the future. In the upcoming year, we aim to:
📈 Increase Representation in Leadership: We are committed to improving the representation of underrepresented groups in leadership roles. To achieve this, we plan to implement targeted leadership development programs, mentorship opportunities, and sponsorship initiatives that help prepare diverse employees for leadership positions. By identifying and nurturing high-potential individuals from various backgrounds, we aim to create a more inclusive leadership team that reflects the diversity of our workforce. Additionally, we will review and refine our promotion processes to ensure they are equitable and transparent, giving every employee a fair chance to grow within the organization.
🧑🏫Launch an Inclusive Leadership Training Program: A key focus for the upcoming year will be fostering inclusive leadership at all levels of the organization. We plan to introduce a structured training program that equips managers with the skills to lead diverse teams effectively. This initiative will cover topics such as unconscious bias, cultural competency, allyship, and inclusive decision-making. Through interactive workshops, real-world case studies, and practical exercises, we aim to help our leaders cultivate a culture of inclusion where every team member feels valued and supported. By empowering our leadership with these tools, we will drive a more inclusive work environment across the company.
🧠Foster a More Inclusive Workplace Culture: We aim to introduce more initiatives that encourage open dialogue and meaningful discussions around diversity, equity, and inclusion. This includes hosting company-wide town halls, launching anonymous feedback channels, and implementing continuous listening strategies to ensure all employees feel heard and valued.
🤝Introduce DEI-Focused Mentorship Programs: We plan to establish mentorship programs that connect employees from diverse backgrounds with senior leaders, providing career guidance, professional development, and support in navigating workplace challenges.
💚Expand Mental Health and Well-Being Initiatives: We will enhance our mental health resources, ensuring that employees have access to counseling, wellness programs, and initiatives that promote a supportive work environment.
